Our warranties
SITIX company provides warranties for the supplied equipment.
The warranty for our products is valid for 12 months с момента ввода
from the date of commissioning of the equipment (with a maximum of 18 months from the date of shipment).
During the warranty period, our company immediately and at no additional charge, at the request of the client, replaces defective parts if there is a warranty case:
Warranty case: hidden factory defect.
Non-warranty cases: normal wear and tear, damage due to violations of operating rules.

We provide warranties for spare parts and components within the framework of the current warranty conditions of manufacturers. In other words, when you purchase a specific part, the terms of the warranty provided by its manufacturer apply.
